The finest green jalapeno and green bell peppers, expertly blended with apple, onion, garlic, ginger, and spices, then fermented for a minimum of 21 days in small batches.

As I don't use any emulsifiers, this sauce may settle, so please remember to shake before use.

Please use by the Best Before Date (see rear label), and within 6 months of opening. Once opened keep in the fridge.

No allergens used in the making of this product. But please remember that as this is made in my home kitchen where other ingredients are used, I cannot guarantee this to be free from any other allergen ingredient.
