The finest scotch bonnet and birds eye chilli peppers, expertly blended with apple, onion, garlic, ginger, and spices, then fermented for a minimum of 21 days in small batches.

As I don't use any emulsifiers, this sauce may settle, so please remember to shake before use.

Use by Best Before date (see rear label), and within 6 months from opening. Keep refrigerated once opened.

Does not contain any of the 14 listed Allergens, but as this is made in my home kitchen where other ingredients are used, I cannot guarantee this to be free from any other allergen ingredient.
