Chiltong

It's like the South African Biltong, but with a chilli kick!

Dried over multiple days, with the traditional spices found on Biltong, this is a delight to munch on whilst relaxing, or as a protein kick whilst out Hiking, or wherever you fancy a snack that isn't just carbs!

I have tried to keep the recipe as traditional as possible, as Biltong is one of the best things there is, but this is not the same as traditional Biltong as I have given it my own twist by adding some of my Hot Chilli Dust, so eat with CAUTION!!

Use by Best Before date (see rear label), and within 3 days from opening. Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container once opened.

This product does contact SULPHIDES in the red wine vinegar. Also, please do remember that this is made in my home kitchen, so I cannot guarantee there is not cross-contamination from other products or ingredients.
